Returns Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns for personalized or clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear and tear.
  • Products missing original packaging or accessories.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return period.
  • Digital or downloadable products.

Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of cash.
